Overview

Jeffery H. Capener

As the son of a military father, Attorney Jeff Capener lived in 14 different states growing up, and graduated from High School in Japan.  After meeting his future wife – an Oregon native – at BYU, Jeff moved to Oregon in 1997.  As a shareholder at the firm, Jeff is responsible for all firm personnel matters.

As attorneys, we thrive on being able to aggressively represent the interests of our clients.  In short – we want to win.

Jeff’s practice is devoted primarily to workers’ compensation defense and, to a much lesser extent, insurance defense.  He also has a background in subrogation law.

Like the firm’s other attorneys, Jeff is highly dedicated to getting the best result for clients in every case.  He believes that the best results are obtained by building client cases piece by piece.

Jeff served a LDS mission in Las Vegas.  He and his wife are the proud parents of four children, ranging from a 10 year old to a college graduate.  His weekends are typically filled with his children’s activities, including robotics, basketball, and other sports.  He is a Trailblazer’s fan and a self-described golf nut.
