For every industrial injury claim, it is important to understand the approach of the client to risk and claims management, as well as how their workers’ compensation program impacts their business.
After graduation, Brian relocated to California, where he graduated from law school while also serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves. Brian served in the military for ten years, during which time he was a Psychological Operations Officer and Commander of a Psychological Operations unit. He proudly served in active duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003-2004), where he earned a bronze star.
Brian began his legal practice in California as a workers’ compensation lawyer prior to relocating to Oregon. His practice now is concentrated on workers’ compensation matters in California and Washington, where he represents self-insured employers and insurance companies.
Away from the office, Brian and his wife have two grade school-aged children, and they spend much of their time with their children’s sporting endeavors, which include baseball, softball, and soccer.
