Overview

Schuyler T. Wallace, Jr.

Attorney Schuyler Wallace has been practicing workers’ compensation law and insurance law for more than 30 years.  Additionally, he represents and defends clients in related third party litigation, such as vehicle accidents, employment matters, and discrimination claims.

Schuyler is an AV Preeminent peer-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, which is that organization’s highest rating.

“I founded the Firm to provide efficient, sophisticated representation to employers in workers’ compensation matters.  Over the past quarter century, we have developed processes that allow employers to manage their workers’ compensation programs efficiently and cost effectively, consistent with their business objectives.”

At the beginning of his legal career, Schuyler realized that business law firms usually did not have more than one workers’ compensation lawyer, and that the procedures and efficiencies for managing complex workers’ compensation portfolios were not optimal.  This insight was the impetus behind the ultimate formation of our firm.

Schuyler is known in the workers’ compensation arena for his tenacity and dedication to serving client needs.  In addition to his legal practice, he has served in a number of bar association groups focused on litigation defense and workers’ compensation law.

Originally from Bakersfield, California, Schuyler has lived in Oregon since 1979.  When not practicing law, Schuyler is an avid golfer, likes to travel and scuba dive, and is a sports fan (particularly the Portland Trailblazers, UCLA, and the San Francisco Giants).
