Balancing strong advocacy for a company’s best interests and respecting the rights of an injured employee can be challenging. However, I believe there is almost always a pragmatic and fair solution to even the most complex workers’ compensation issue.
Attorney Seth Wrinkle’s practice is devoted to defending Washington and Oregon employers in complex workers’ compensation matters with tenacity and conviction, a passion he developed while working at a workers’ compensation defense firm during law school.
Before joining the WKMCB, Seth administered class action settlement claims on behalf of high-visibility claimants, including Fortune 500 companies, and helped lead a complex claims team specializing in highly sensitive, high-profile administration settlements. Firmly believing in giving back to the community, Seth also volunteered his time and pro bono legal services to the Dane County Eviction Defense Project and the Freedom From Religion Foundation, a national hub for First Amendment Advocacy.
When not practicing law, Seth enjoys reading, video games, and spending time with his two cats, Gus and Tootie. On occasion, he may also be found bicycling or engaged in another exercise, albeit reluctantly.
